Daytona International Raceway
Established in 1959, the Daytona International Raceway is a famed racetrack on the east-central Florida coast – best known for hosting NASCAR’s annual Daytona 500. Set in Daytona Beach, DIR also hosts races for Motocross., ARCA, AMA Superbike, Grand-Am, and SCCA.
Owned and operated by International Speedway Corporation, the raceway covers 180 acres – including the 30 acre Lake Lloyd for boat races. The DIR facility features several asphalt courses, including the 3.5-mile Sports Car Course, three-mile Motorcycle Course, .4-mile Short Oval, and .25-mile Dirt Flat Track.
Daytona International Raceway is located at the intersection of Interstae 95 and I-4 next to the Daytona Beach International Airport.
